Delivery

All orders received by 12 noon EST are delivered same day.

You will receive order tracker email approx. two (2) hours prior to the delivery window – this email will provide you an ETA for your delivery. You will also be able to track your ‘delivery driver’ with this tracker email so that you do not have to stay home for the whole three (3) hours window waiting for your delivery.

All orders are packed in very strong clear plastic bags, so that you can see through the packaging and identify the items you have ordered. It is best to bring along a cart to the concierge/building entrance, our delivery driver would bring the bags to the entrance and you can safely take them upstairs or inside your home.
